2. IF YOU HAVE NOT RESERVED A SPACE BY THE DAY OF THE EVENT, SPACES CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE GATE IF THEY ARE STILL AVAILABLE.  DAY OF EVENT PRICE IS $60.

Swap Meet Vendor Spaces are approximately 18’ wide x 18’ deep (two parking spaces side-by-side).  All vehicles are required to have at least one vendor space (one vendor space equals two parking spaces, two vendor spaces equals four parking spaces, etc.).  Trailers are counted as at least 1 additional vehicle.  A vehicle and trailer will require two vendor spaces and must purchase two contiguous spaces.  Spaces are limited; if we run out of contiguous spaces, we will notify you prior to the show.

Pre-reserved spaces are $50 each. Reserved payments must be received by November 1, 2024, by the 5 p.m. deadline, no exceptions. 

Day of event: Non-reserved spaces are $60 each at the gate and will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

 

The combined length of your vehicle(s) MUST be 18' or less and fit in the allotted space, or an additional vendor space must be purchased. No dropping off parts and leaving.  

 

Reserved Vendor move-in is from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Non-Reserved/Day-of-event vendor move-in from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.

Arrival

1. Line up on the street at the VENDOR ENTRANCE.

2. If you pre-registered, show your receipt to the staff member at the gate.

3. If you are paying day-of-event, have your credit card or cash ready (a receipt will be emailed to you).

4. Staff will show you to your space.  Park your vehicle at the back of the space with sale items in front, or if parking at the rear of your space is not possible, park in a stall and display sale items in the stall next to you.

Basic Stuff

We shouldn't have to instruct anyone as to what good behavior is, we all learned this stuff in kindergarten. However, here's some basics.

​

No overnight parking.  Please be quiet, no loud music or P.A. systems as a courtesy to the neighborhood. Absolutely No open fires, weapons of any kind, or alcohol permitted.  Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their trash before leaving and safeguarding their own property.  The swap meet is limited to motorcycles and motorcycle items and services only. Please, no objectionable, pornographic, or hateful items.  

 

All Fees are Non-Refundable unless Motocharities determines that the event cannot be held due to unforeseen circumstances.  Credit card payments are easier to refund than cash; we encourage vendors to pre-register online or use a credit card at the gate.

 

Spaces are limited, so Pre-Registration online is Encouraged!

Directions for Vendors

1. From CA-Hwy 17, Take exit 5 for Scotts Valley Drive toward Granite Creek Drive.

2. Continue straight onto Glenwood Drive.

3. Turn RIGHT onto Vine Hill School Road.

4. Follow the signs to the entrance side of the parking lot.

5. Pull up to the cones, where staff will greet you and provide directions.

6. If you are purchasing vendor space, the Motocharities Staff will assist you at this field entry point. Do NOT get out of your vehicle.  Please have cash or credit card ready.

7. Drive at a slow walk behind our safety personnel. Our safety personnel will instruct you to your spot.

Arrival: 7:30 am to 8:30 am (vendors must be at their spots and ready for guests by 8:30 am)​​

Departure 3:30 pm

For safety, we ask that vendors remain at the event until the 3:30 close.
